GSMH Receives $1,500 Donation from Saint Francis Healthcare System
Today, Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland announced a $1,500 donation from Saint Francis Healthcare System. The donation will accelerate Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland’s mission to build girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.
Saint Francis Healthcare System’s gift to Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland will enable Girl Scouts to expand its investment in girls. Their generous donation is specifically dedicated to Girl Scout Brownies (School Grades 2-3) residing in the primary counties of their service that align with the Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland jurisdiction. Counties impacted by the generosity of their organization are Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Wayne, Perry, Scott, Mississippi, Stoddard, Butler, and New Madrid.
- This donation will allow Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland to provide girls interested in joining Girl Scouts a free program event.
- For new troops in these counties, Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland will be able to provide free training to the adults to assist in getting started with their new troop.
