This exciting overnight rockclimbing and camping trip, designed specifically for older Girl Scouts, is a perfect opportunity to explore the great outdoors, build new skills, and forge lasting memories with your fellow Girl Scouts.
This trip is a special partnership between Girl Scouts and Springfield Outdoor Initiatives, and includes everything you need for an amazing experience-accommodations, meals, transportation, activity fees, and facilitators.
What's Included:
-All meals and snacks throughout the trip
-Rock climbing at Horseshoe Canyon led by skilled facilitators
-Transportation to and from the ranch from Springfield
-Overnight tent-camping accommodations at Horseshoe Canyon Ranch
On Sunday, we will stop at the senic Buffalo National River to enjoy a relaxing time in the water before heaeding back to Springfield. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself with outdoor adventures or simply unwind with friends, this trip offers the perfect balance of fun and learning. Girls should be prepared to be outdoors for the majority of the trip, sleeping in a tent and strenuous physical activity. Electricity and Wifi acess will be limited. Drop-off and Pick-up for this event will take place in Springfield, MO. This event will take place in Jasper, AR. Transportation to Jasper, AR will be provided by Outdoor Initative and GSMH.
This event has a minimum deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full payment is due prior to the event registration deadline.
