The American Red Cross Babysitter's Training program is designed to provide youth ages 11-16 who are planning to babysit with the knowledge and skills necessary to give care safely and responsibly to children and infants.
The goal of this training is to help participants develop the following:
- Leadership skills
- Learn how to develop a babysitting business
- Keep themselves and others safe
- Learn childcare skills and pediatric First Aid CPR AED.
Girls who complete this course in full will receive a ten-year certification through the American Red Cross in the form of a digital certificate.
Girls will be asked to bring a sack lunch. Snacks provided.
This training will take place in Springfield, MO.
This is a drop-off event.
This event has a minimum deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Full payment is due prior to the event registration deadline.
