Girl Scout Camporee

Celebrate the 10th Anniversary of GSMH with all your Girl Scout family at the 2019 Signature Event, the Girl Scout Camporee! This two-night, three-day outdoor extravaganza is a fun-filled weekend packed with outdoor adventure. Grab your troop, or your family and friends to celebrate the Year of the Outdoor Girl at two of Missouri’s premier State Parks, Echo Bluff and Current River!

You have multiple options for outdoor camping!

• Primitive Group Camping: $2 per person/per night
• RVs -Full Hook Up (Sewer/Water/Electric): $35 per night

All primitive group camping reservations must be made directly through Missouri State Parks by contacting 573-751-6414 or 573-751-5135. You must provide the discount code you’ll receive in your email receipt for the Camporee—found in the highlighted section at the bottom.

To reserve an RV-Full Hook Up site, visit this website and book directly with Missouri State Parks.

For additional camping options, campgrounds near Echo Bluff State Park include Running River Campground, Sinking Creek Campground, and Pulltite Campground.

Prefer to camp inside?

Echo Bluff Lodge has been fully booked by our membership. Don’t despair, you can still Glamp!

Shady Lane Cabins and Motel will honor it’s off-season rates to our membership for cabins and motel rooms.

River’s Edge Resort is offering discounted hotel rates of $99 per night and Camper Cabins for $93 per night. They have additional lodging available at regular price.

You’ll start off the fun exploring the night sky on Friday. Check in for campers begins at 5:00 p.m. on Friday and check out is 10:00 a.m. on Sunday. Day participants can begin checking in at 9:30 a.m. and the event ends with dinner at 5:00 p.m. Saturday will be jammed-packed with adventure: archery, fishing, kayaking, dutch-oven cooking, stream ecology, sling shots, geocaching, trail signs, and so much more!
