Month of October SUs train troop leaders
November 1-15  Sale Dates -- girls take orders and collect money
November 16 Orders are due to troops -- girls turn in order cards and money to troop leaders
November 17 Troop leader enters girl orders in NUT-E and runs the (T2) Troop Order Report. Troop leader deposits money collected into troop account
November 18

Paperwork due to ST manager -- troop leader drops off to the service unit fall product manager in provided envelope:

  1. (T2) Troop Order Report
  2. White & yellow copies of the magazine order forms
  3. Auto-withdrawal forms
  4. Online detailed order report
  5. Address booklets
November 21 Paperwork due to council by COB (all orders, auto-withdrawl forms, online detailed order reports, address booklets, and troop reports)
Nov 22 - Dec 13 Council will withdraw "Total Due to Council" amounts from troop accounts
December  4-10 Deliveries to SUs -- troops pick up their product from service unit fall product manager and girls begin delivery of product to customers
