UPDATE:The "Registration Confirmation" of the Camp Registration Procedures (page 18 of the complete resident camp guide) has been corrected. Where it was previously stated that girls attending a session for less than 3 nights did not need to bring a Health History Form, has been updated. All campers must bring a Health History Form and a Girl Health Examination Record signed by a physician for any resident session. (Updated 4/16/09.) Forms and Documents:
