Accounting Advisor: Responsible for oversight of bank accounts and financial reporting of service units within an assigned area.
Accounting Coordinator: Responsible for oversight of bank accounts and financial reporting of all troops within an assigned area.
Cookie Program Coordinator: Responsible for providing support for troop leaders within her/his area during cookie sales. She/he will oversee cookie sales in their area and make sure to provide information to leaders in a timely manner.
Council Delegates: Delegates have the right to vote at meetings of the corporation on items such as electing officers, considering amendments to council bylaws, and key issues affecting the council and Girl Scouts of the USA, and other business appropriate to come before the corporation. These individuals are 14 years of age and over, members of Girl Scouts of the USA, and are currently registered through Girl Scouts of the Missouri Heartland.
Direct Sales Advisor: Responsible for managing an external cookie cupboard for a district or region to support the Girl Scout Cookie Program.
Fall Product Coordinator: Responsible for providing support for troop leaders within her/his assigned are during fall product sales. She/he will oversee fall product sales in her/his area and make sure to provide information to leaders in a timely manner.
Family Campaign Coordinator: Responsible for implementing and promoting involvement in the Strive for 25 Family Partnership Fundraising Campaign by providing training and support to troop leaders and other volunteers.
Learning Facilitators: Responsible for delivering courses, workshops, and resources to individuals and/or groups of volunteers in order to orient, prepare, and support them throughout their appointment.
Local Program/GSLE Advisor: Responsible for communication to direct-service volunteers in various pathways to ensure they have the necessary resources to provide high-quality program experiences to girls. She/he may have a specialty focus in a Girl Scout series, troops, or camp.
Media Coordinator: Responsible for publicizing Girl Scouting in the local community
Membership Registration Coordinator: Provides ongoing support to members by answering phone calls and/or email questions, processing paperwork, and connecting customers to appropriate information regarding membership registration.
Outcomes Coordinator: Provides ongoing support to funding by gathering Girl Scout Leadership Experience (GSLE) outcomes information for her or his area.
Series/Event Coordinator(s): Oversees the planning and implementation of events and series providing high-quality activities for girls that are aligned to the Girl Scout Leadership Experience
Social Media Teen Liaison: Responsible for advising council staff about the use of social media to reach girl members, as part of a team of three to five teens. She may support council social media efforts through blogs, Facebook posts, and/or tweets on behalf of the council, hosting a girl column on the council website, and/or maintaining communication through other social/media venues. This position is available to Girl Scout Seniors and Ambassadors, and is held at a regional or local level.
Volunteer Support Coordinator: Responsible for overseeing the leaders/co-leaders of an area and providing them with information in a timely manner that best helps them to fulfill their duties as leaders/co-leaders.
Girl Scout Gold Award Committee: Be a part of the committee that reviews the Girl Scout Gold Award projects as they are turned in.
GSMH Board Member: The Board of Directors guides our organization with the goal of building girls of courage, confidence and character, who make the world a better place.
