This section of ROSE pages is geared toward the parent or guardian of a girl. See the ROSE for Volunteers section for more ways to use ROSE.
Online Registration is an exciting new way for:
- parents to register or re-register annual Girl Scout memberships for themselves and their girls
- troop leaders to manage their troop roster and meeting information
- parents to be more directly involved in their girl's membership
- anyone to contribute donations directly to the council
Online Registration is the best way to register for membership as it eliminates paperwork for parents and troop leaders, reduces errors, reduces membership processing delays and makes membership instantaneous!

Create your ROSE login:

Are you a registered member
or a past member with the council?
If so, set up a username and password
to get started. By creating a login, you
will gain access to the information we
have on file for you.

Are you brand new to Girl Scouts and would
like to become a member for the first time?
If so, click this option to get started.

Once you have an Online Registration account by using one of those two methods,
log into ROSE in the future by clicking the ROSE icon.

- Membership renewals
Members can renew their membership online from My Account in just a few simple steps.
- Troop maintenance
Troop leaders can send emails to their troops, print rosters, update troop meeting information, and update contact information for the members of their troops.
- Troop renewals
Troop leaders can re-register all or some of the girls in their troop.
- Donations
Members, and even visitors, can make contributions to the council any time throughout the year or during member registration.
