Girl Scout Grade Levels

 

 

Girl Scout Daisy (Grades K-1) – If you are in Kindergarten or first grade, Girl Scout Daisies is the place for you. As a Girl Scout Daisy you will learn the values of the Girl Scout Promise and Law, participate in events, go to camp, sell Girl Scout cookies and make new friends.
Girl Scout Brownie (Grades 2-3) – As a Girl Scout Brownie you will develop friendships and learn things in a fun-filled way. You can earn badges that teach new skills, participate in fun events, go to camp, sell Girl Scout Cookies and go on adventures in your community and beyond.
Girl Scout Junior (Grades 4-5) - Girl Scout Juniors begin to take charge of their Girl Scout Leadership Experience. You can continue to earn skill-building badges, participate in events, go to camp, and sell Girl Scout cookies all while planning activities as a team. Girl Scout Juniors can earn the Girl Scout Bronze Award,the highest award for Girl Scout Juniors.
Girl Scout Cadette (Grades 6-8) - Become a Girl Scout Cadette and expand your horizons in the company of great friends.  As a Girl Scout Cadette, you can become a Camp Aide, take action to make the world a better place, or participate in amazing travel opportunities.  Girl Scout Cadettes can use their leadership skills to earn the Girl Scout Silver Award, the highest award for Girl Scout Cadettes.

Girl Scout Senior (Grades 9-10) - Girl Scout Seniors use their leadership and critical thinking skills to prepare for the future. You can participate in the Counselor-in-Training (CIT), Wrangler-in-Training (WIT) or Volunteer-In-Training (VIT) Programs. Girl Scout Seniors can also plan and take trips to other cities, states, or countries. In addition to earning badges and awards, you can work toward earning the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouting.

Girl Scout Ambassador (Grades 11-12) - As a Girl Scout Ambassador, you give service, take action, and show the world what kind of leader you are. Explore careers, advocate for causes you care about, and pursue your dreams. You can participate in CIT, WIT, VIT Programs as well as earn badges and awards. Girl Scout Ambassadors can also work toward earning the Girl Scout Gold Award, the highest award in Girl Scouting.
